Our Apartment
The apartment is compact but with a light and spacious feel afforded by the big windows, high ceilings and a large master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Master bedroom with k-size zip-n-link bed that can be set up as 2 singles on request. Second bedroom with full-size bunkbeds. A sofa bed is available to sleep an extra 2 guests, if required. Hard flooring throughout.​

We are also happy to welcome your furry friend. Rugs and soft furnishings will be changed to provide a safe environment for those with allergies.

​Our Location
Aberdour is a friendly little village. Visitors are made very welcome. Whether you are out walking to enjoy the beautiful surroundings or having a look around the independent shops, people are always happy to stop and chat!
Aberdour Castle - a Historic Scotland property and Outlander film location -is very popular with visitors. Visitors are welcome to walk through the castle gardens free of charge, a great shortcut when walking from the apartment to the village. Don't miss the pretty harbour and the picturesque train station. Various cafes/bistro/wine bar/pub. One of my favourites is The View at the golf club which has amazing views.
Our apartment is conveniently located near the railway station and a bus stop, in a quiet side street, just behind the Purple Shop.

Hi, my name is Gertrud. I am Austrian and have lived in Aberdour with my family for most of my adult life. I love to travel and discover new places. As a mum and Oma (gran in German) I appreciate the little touches that make a holiday with children more enjoyable.
